Sebb’s Pale Ale is a modern 4.2% top-fermented ale, loaded with Azacca and Mosaic — two American hop varieties known for their punchy, dank, tropical character. Soft, hazy and seriously more-ish, expect bright notes of papaya, green mango and apricot in every refreshing pint.
Brewed with the brilliant team at Pilot in Leith, this is a proudly Scottish beer, available exclusively on tap at Sebb’s, Margo, Ka Pao and Ox and Finch. We gave Pilot a simple brief – ‘want beer – taste good – be smashable’ and they delivered. The result? A pale ale we’re genuinely proud to serve as our house pour.
